5A State Prelims Itinerary and Information (Alamodome)

Panther Band Family,

Thank you so much for your patience on getting the State Marching Contest itinerary out. We were working out trip/sendoff details and wanted to make sure everything was correct before posting.

We talked to the classes today and are excited to report that our trip to San Antonio will be an overnight (two-day) trip. Students will stay in hotel rooms Monday night and we will head back to Liberty Hill on Tuesday evening.

Students have been instructed to pack light (only what they need for the single night and Tuesday) - please no large suitcases!

The itinerary for UIL 5A State Marching Contest is here. We will communicate schedule updates (leaving the stadium, light out, etc.) via the BAND app. Once we know our Tuesday schedule, we will create another itinerary (via Google Docs) and post that in the BAND app.

We are SO excited to be have our kids perform on the biggest stage in Texas band!
