Weekly Announcements - Week of 9.23.2024
Panther Band and Guard Family,
Thank you for a wonderful Saturday and first weekend of competition season yesterday. It was great to get our first competitive performance under our belt and learn from not only our own performance, but from the performances of the finalist bands.
This week is another 'fast' week - we have a Thursday football game and are traveling to San Marcos to compete in the Bands of America Central Texas (San Marcos) Regional on Saturday.
Finally, our Prop Crew needs YOU! We have a sophisticated field setup this year and anticipate having every student on a prop and still need additional helpers to setup and teardown at contests.
If you're planning on attending our contests, please consider lending a hand to our Prop Crew. If we don't have enough people to help, we will have to forgo using all of our props, and our show is truly dependent on the field setup to tie everything together. If you want to join (and help our wonderful kids!), please email props@lhpantherband.org.
