Band meal fees and District Support

Panther Band Family,

As we end the first full week of school, we are so excited to have the opportunity to put our students in front of a halftime crowd and show off the great work the band and guard have been putting in. We had two of our designers out and both were very complimentary of how the band is doing this early in the fall - this season is going to be great!

After working out the details with Campus and District Administration, we are happy and incredibly grateful to report that all band students will have one meal paid for by the district for all (5) away games and also our UIL Region Marching and UIL Area Contests. Additionally, the district will pay for one meal for all away playoff games that the Panther Football Team qualifies to compete in. We are blessed to be in such a supportive district - this is the first time a program I have led has been supported in such a way.

As such, our band meal fee (for those who opted in) will be adjusted accordingly before the due date of September 1. For those families who have already paid in full, the boosters will issue refund checks for the amount that Liberty Hill ISD covers for these seven meals. Please be patient as our Executive Booster Board works through writing these checks and processing these refunds.
